Quality versus Quantity in New Jersey

April '03

I received this update recently from a fellow I coach in New Jersey. have I have never met Berti Levy, but he fits the profile of a successful M2 athlete and its simple recipe for success: do the workouts as prescribed and significant improvement is unavoidable.

Real people, with real lives, making real improvement doing concise workouts in half the time.
