I ride outside, I ride inside.....

I love them both. Yes, I run an indoor cycling studio, but cycling of all kinds makes me feel good.

For indoor riding I am keen on the idea that I can get a thorough and fitness stimulating workout in a concise 50-70 minute time-frame. Outdoors of course I love the summer weather and seeing my stronger indoor watts translate into faster rides on the Bay Area's many challenging routes

Many of you have upcoming triathlon or cycling events for which you have been training. As your event dates approach, remind yourself of the high training value per minute that our indoor cycling classes provide. No equipment preparation, stop-starting through intersection-laden routes, flat tires, waiting for others, etc.

One hour of focused energy and measured fitness improvement.
